The items purchased on the Shop will be shipped within 7 working days of receipt and payment of the order, to give the undersigned artist time to produce the painting.

Items purchased on our site cannot be returned as they are artistic and personalized products.

Return in case of damaged product:
the Customer has the right to return the damaged items within 2 days of receiving the products, upon communication via email to INFO@100ARTBEATS.COM

100ARTBEATS will return, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the entire price paid by the Customer.
